When animal used to live together.

There was a time when all animals used to live on land and were happy living together

but they were facing a great scarcity of place to build their home and roam around freely.

To solve that problem they went to the forest fairy to seek the solution.

Forest fairy thought for a moment and decided the solution. She told to all the animals

that it is not necessary to live on land only, but they can also live on trees, sky and in

water. All animals became amazed and started thinking how it is possible to live on

trees, sky and in water!

One group of animals living on the mountains approached the forest fairy

to clear their doubts. ‘How it is possible to live on the tree and in the sky ?’  In deep

confusion, they asked to the forest fairy.

Forest fairy smiled and turned her magic wand and there appeared a creature who had

a beak, wings and its whole body was covered with feathers.All of them couldn’t believe

their eyes and asked “What is that?”

That is a bird, which has wings and its body is covered with feathers, and it can fly in the

sky and it lives on the tree in a nest. That group got surprised and also wanted to

become a bird and flew in the sky!

 They prayed to forest fairy  and asked their wish, to which she again turned her magic

wand and turned those animals into different kinds of birds and they flew in the sky.

That news spread in all four directions and the group of animals living in the deep forest

went to the fairy queen and said that ‘we also want wings but not feathers; we want to

live in each and every place on the earth that is on land, under the land, in water and

sky.’

The fairy queen blushed for a moment and turned her wand and to everyone’s

surprise, they were changed into tiny colourful beings, with tiny pairs of wings and

more than six legs. They had antennae too on their heads.

The fairy queen said, ‘The world will know you by the name ‘insects’.’ The Insects

thanked her and flew in all directions.

World was not same anymore, slowly problem of scarcity of place started getting solved.

One group of animals who used to live in the swamp and were very beautiful and attractive in look used to kill by other animals and were very afraid because of that. They wanted to save their life.

 They went to the forest fairy and put forward their concern.

Forest Fairy calmed them down, and told them that she can give them  features such as sharp teeth,forked tongue and venom tooth etc. with which they can save their lives.

  They agreed to her.

  She turned her magic wand and turned them into a creature that we call ‘reptiles’.

All those animals that used to live near the river bank and beach were very happy with their home but they were dependent on some water creatures to get their food from inside the river or sea. Some members of the group wanted to do that on their own while remaining ones wanted to live under the water. They approached the fairy queen and asked for the solution.

Fairy queen turned her wand and gave the first group the power with which they can live both on land and water and gave them the name ‘Amphibians’ and turned the second group into a creature with scales and gills and called them by the name ‘Fish’.

The group of animals living on the grassland was very happy and now they had enough space to move around and make their home. So they chose to live there only.

From that time onwards they never faced the problem of scarcity of space and started living happily with each other.
